Hello art lovers! Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. Please look around, and if you see something you like, visit my store! See a print that you like that’s not available in the store? I am Valorie, a 24 year old with a love for stories and flights of fancy. I have always longed to have the luxury to devote my time to my art, but until recently “real life” has always loomed in the way. With the birth of my beautiful daughter, Morrigan Kathleen, in March of this year, all of that has changed! Now that I am a stay at home mother, I have plenty of time to indulge in my passion. Lucky for you, “real life” still rears its ugly head, and to help my family make ends meet I will be offering beautiful hand painted prints of my work to the public!
My boyfriend, David, and I live in the friendly and fun college town of Denton Texas, where we spend much of our time at local concerts, taking long walks, going to fantasy and sci-fi conventions, and feeding our book addictions by lurking in used book stores. David plays guitar for local metal band Benevolence, and it was because of this that I was lucky enough to meet him. We share our apartment with our two cats, Gooey and Crowley, and our four turtles.
